well my problem is when I first purchase my vehicle on 6/26/with 70,miles now it has 71,I believe and its only been two months and week with the vehicle now from 6/after a week with the car I had issues with it the car didnt seem fine so I took it to my mechanic on dorchester ave when they diagnostics the car it came up with bunch of codes then I contacted the place where I purchased it which was automatic in quincy immediately I spoke to tom the sales manager he told to me to bring the car in and I did that they kept the car overnight they brough it to there supposebly mechanic and told me the car had no issues which is a bunch of *** excuse my profanity bc I brought them the paperwork with all the issues and they didnt acknowledge this issue is been going on sice I purchased the car but the recently on thurday august 31st at 4;i was on my way to hanover mall with my boyfriend driving on route when I start to feel my car shaking from the fast lane I wh
I have had many issues with Auto-Matic1) they sold me a vehicle with many issues that should've been solved before putting on the lot2) they took almost weeks to fix my truck and had very poor customer service3)after initially refusing to pay for a rental vehicle, they finally did two weeks into fixing my recently purchased truck4) after agreeing to pay for rental, they never paid the rental bill, leaving me stuck with the bill5) now they won't answer the phone or reply to textsAlso, I requested a copy of a misplaced contract and never received it
I purchased a *** *** from auto-matic in quincy that was in the showroom for my daughter the car looked nice so we decided to purchase the vehicle so I signed the paperwork with no problem last week I when't to trade the car in to another dealer and after I got back from the test drive the sales person asked me if I knew that the *** had been in an accident,I could not believe it so I called auto-matic and the sales persons excuse was that they provide a *** to their customers so if you don't look at the *** they are not going to tell you that the car was in an accident they had put the *** in all the paperwork so I signed the paperwork with out looking at the *** so they used deceptive practice by hiding the *** in the loans paperwork so I signed a way now i'm stuck with a vehicle that has been branded with an accident and when is time to sell it I have to explain the issue in the ***.if I would of looked at the *** their's no way I would of bought the car, this taught me a lesson not to sign anything with out reading what's in itthe owner of this dealer will take your money at any cost and he don't care if he hurts the consumer
