World Trade Solution

Review: I ordered a laptop from World Trade Solutions. The laptop arrived later than expected and was very damaged. This item was supposed to be refurbished, however, there were dents and scratches all over it and the software itself was very slow. I, then exchanged a few emails with who I believe is the owner of the company. He said I could return it but he would not pay for shipping. Even though I feel as if I shouldnt have to pay for shipping since the item was damaged I did. After I received delivery confirmation from USPS I have tried contacting him several times with no luck. My refund has not processed and I have no idea what is going on.Desired Settlement: The amount of $899.99 for [redacted] plus $23.70 for USPS shipping (return).
