I have contacted the client and explained that the issue he is having has to do with the Timeshare Resort(Legacy Vacation Club) and RCI (the exchange company) and that he will need to contact the Resort to address the issue as it has nothing to do with World Voyage Group. The client said he will contact the resort to find out what the issue is and get it resolved.
