Absolutely wonderful The staff, specifically Mike B [redacted] the collision manager, was wonderful I felt that they were with me 100% of the way in getting my collision repairs completed When we originally saw the damage, Mike told us it would take at least a month for them to complete repairs They got approval from the insurance company last Monday and called us this Monday (only week later!) to tell us the car was ready We asked why it was a week vsa month and Mike said, "Everything just fell into place We were able to get started on it, get all the parts in, and complete the repairs in a shorter time period because everybody worked together to get it done." Talk about over delivering!!! The work they completed was top notch AND, to top it off.............the interior and exterior was SPOTLESS! Unfortunately, we had a repair done recently at another auto body shop and for them to clean the car before they returned it would have been another $ Not with World Wide It was cleaner than when we dropped it off We hope to never have a need for more body work to this or any of our vehicles But, if we do - it will definitely go to World Wide Cannot say enough about this business
