Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted] , and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: I paid for " luxury transportation " ,as mentioned several times throughout their website and on the contract, and this was anything butThey are downplaying the fact that this vehicle had major issuesPart of the muffler literally fell off at the first vineyard which caused horrible fumes to enter the vehicle,exposed wires throughout, open vents, broken windows etcI have people who can attest to this, so to say the driver is surprise by the complaint is absurdWe complained throughout the whole event but tried to make the best of thingsYes ,we continued with the tour because the driver already had my money and we were promised a new car was coming, which was another lie from this companyAnd NO, we were not late, the DRIVER was LATEHe did not show up until 1030am!! I am responding to the above complaint. [redacted] booked a wine tour for 8 hours on 72015. The wine tour was booked and the cost of the wine tour for 10 people was $1,195.00 She prepaid a 300 deposit on her credit card which left a balance to be paid on the day of the wine tour of $895.00. She... was aware if she went over the 8 hours she would be charged $85.00 per hour for the vehicle. [redacted] advised us that this was a birthday celebration for her husband. We told her that we would visit 3 wineries and then she advised that she wanted to go to dinner at Claudio's. Reservations were made for Claudio's at 5:pm.On the day of the event our driver arrived at the address of [redacted] 11554 at 9:45am. The husband was not there at the time they should have left. He was at a diner and did not arrive back to the home address until 45 minutes later. Finally, by 10:45am they left with the husband in route to the wineries. At the first wine stop which was Baiting Hollow Farm Vineyard there was a issue with a piece of the muffler however, the wine tour continued. There were two additional wineries that were visited. The group went to dinner and did not leave Claudio's until 8:00. My driver did get the group home by 9:00pm.Our driver said that they did have a good time. He was very surprised by this complaint. In customer good relations we did not charge for the 3 additional hours for the inconvenience with the vehicle, which totaled $**5.00Should you need to contact me at ###-###-####World Wide Limousines of New YorkMary C.
