Review: Recently bought a BMW 545i 2005 from World Wide Auto. The car looked fantastic on the outside and inside, but a complete mess mechanical wise. The Transmission needs over 2,000 in work as it needs a valve body and it is leaking transmission oil. The ac coolant is leaking as well, I purchase a gallon and it completely leaked out in 2 days, the struts are damaged and are leaking and are destroying the front two tires, both strong arm bushings are done and need to be replace, the cd player does not work, needs new vent holes, as well as other problems that even i'm not sure how to explain. As soon as I purchase the car and test drove it the message transmission fault came up on the screen. The whole time the dealer told me the problem was very minor, how it was only a bad sensor and is an easy fix. After two second opinions by other mechanics both deemed it to be serious problems, one mechanic down the block that World Wide Auto themselves sent me to told me to send the car back wherever you got it from as it should not even have passed inspection, letting me know some shady business was going on at World Wide Auto. As a young person who does not know much about cars I felt liked I was taking advantage of and giving the run around. For example the oil leaking I asked about that and the dealer told me thats condensation from the ac leaking, or the car jerks when I change the gears "oh thats just the sensor don'y worry very simple fix".Desired Settlement: I spoke to the dealer and told him my desire for the car to get fixed and he did not want to take any money out his pockets to fix the car, nor does he want to return my money. He told me wait for the title to come in so we could private sell the car, virtually screwing over someone else to get rid of my problem, something my personal morals will not permit me to do. I like the car and would like to keep the car if the dealer will pay for the repairs. The dealer repair shop not being an option as well, as I personal would rather take it to another mechanic to make sure all the jobs needed get done. If this is not possible I would like a refund for the $9,800 I paid for the car plus the taxes and $520 for the repair cost that the dealer advise me to get done that should fix the problems which literally did nothing at all.
