After speaking with the customer it was agreed upon that a refund will be issued.

Review: Ordered Thundershield water based paint in Navy Blue. Got the paint in a light blue, wrong color. Decided to use the paint anyway. After rolling it in on my shop floor and clean up with water it didn't clean up except with laquer thinner so it wasn't water based as claimed. Now 3 days later it still is wet and was supposed to dry to touch in 4 hours and totally dry in 24 hours. I called them and they were going to have customer service call me and still no call. I tried calling them again 3 more times and no answer. I called my credit card company and told them of the situation and they are trying to get in touch with themDesired Settlement: I just want a refund and get this paint back to them as it is useless to me and anyone else. I read reviews online and they have a Revdex.com logo on their webpage and some reviews were the same problem I have.

Review: I was misled by their salesman ([redacted]) on 4 different occasions that the "Thundershield" product could be used on my new pressure treated outdoor deck in Hawaii and that it would last 8 to 10 years. The salesman told me that the only prep I had to do was to powerwash my deck and let it dry. The salesman told me that it is used on boat docks and auto repair shop floors? After the 4th call to make sure it would work in my situation, I purchased the product. Within a couple of months it started to flake off. Most of this product has now flaked off. Thundershield is not good for outdoor pressure treated decks. Either the salesman did not know what he was talking about or he lied to me to make a sale. I spoke to a [redacted] and he said that I should have waited 2 years before I applied the product and tried to sell me more Thundershield. If I was told to wait 2 years to apply, I would have never purchased this product in the first place.Desired Settlement: Please help me get my money back to include shipping and reimbursement for my labor.

Review: In April of this year I spoke with [redacted], [redacted] with the company, and ordered 13 gallons on Thundershield and clear to paint the floors of my 1500 square foot installation bays. I own and operate a car audio/stereo shop. After speaking to [redacted] several times about the proper procedures to apply the coating, I was ready to go ahead with the project. Starting on a friday evening and finishing up saturday morning, we were able to sand/etch the floors, use and acid wash and then sweep and clean any necessary areas. Saturday morning we applied the 1st coat and then applied the 2nd coat Sunday night. I closed my store Monday and reopened for business tuesday morning. We didnt use the shop tuesday to allow for another day of drying. I was told that this would be plenty of time for the coating to dry. Well by the end of the week, the floors were looking horrible. I have chemical (yellow) stains in places, the coating is peeling up in places. Ive spoke withe [redacted] several times expecting a response, I spoke to [redacted] (which guaranteed me a resolution) twice and today I spoke to [redacted] which also told me he would handle this matter. I have been given the run around for 3 months now. So not only do I have $1300.00 invested with Thundershield, I also rented pressure washers and floor sanders. I bought painting supplies and I also paid 4 of my employees to take care of this project AND I closed my store for 2 days to allow the coating to cure. Needless to say, I have alot invested in something that is unacceptable.Desired Settlement: I either would like the same amount of material replaced for me or 100% refund.

In response to a phone solicitation from [redacted] I placed an order on 10/**/14. It is Order # [redacted] I called on 10/**/14 to rescind the order, as my wife and I decided to wait until next Spring to try your product for our concrete driveway. Even though I called during normal business hours, nobody answered so I left a message on voice mail.

I called twice on 10/**/14 and was told that [redacted] "was away from his desk."

I then sent a FAX to rescind the order in writing, also on 10/**/14, and have never heard back from [redacted] or anyone else from your company.

And on 11/*/14 you charged my account for the order which I had clearly already cancelled.

I have previously placed two orders with your company and do not understand how you can treat repeat customers in this fashion.

Today I filed a dispute with my credit card company, and plan to file a complaint with the NY Revdex.com as well as the office of the ** Attorney General.

I demand an IMMEDIATE refund and some explanation of why my CLEAR attempts to cancel this order were not honored.
