I paid to have viruses removed from my computer and know my computer is running slow and off of an older operating system than I had before.I am unable to install any of my devices because they are no longer compatible with my computer. I asked for my money back after the first failed attempt and was denied The owner[redacted] also sends your equipment to a bootleg computer tech that works from home he is false advertising. Desired SettlementI was charged 75.00 I want my money back plus what Im going to have to pay to have my computer upgraded .
