Liability claim, [redacted] being the claimant in this situation, not a
Worth Casualty customer.

vehicle is drivable and as such he is not allowed a rental until his vehicle is
actually in a repair shop and being worked on.
Our adjuster has been waiting on [redacted] to advise on the shop
name and the day he will take the vehicle to the shop.

and in the field. [redacted] was out of
the office all day on 5/29/2015 when [redacted] attempted to contact
him. They were able to speak with each other
this morning (5/29/2015), [redacted] has finally provided the shop name and
a rental will be set up for him starting Tuesday, June 2nd when he
takes his vehicle to the body shop for repairs.
