Worthwhile Spa & Massage

Review: I made an appointment,with a new spa that my sister gave to me as a birthday gift. I called the Spa to scheduel my 60 min massage. When I arrived I was not interviewed. The massage therapist never review my health history or ask questions. She didnt even state her name or get mine. I was sent to a room that had a drape curtin for the door. Once I was ready she started on my back. At the beginning she went through most of the expected protocols when, suddenly and without warning, I heard another person's voice talking in a foreign language in the room with me. Then the therapist ask if the other therapist could work on my bottom while she works on the top. I tried to talk back to her to understand why another person was in the room with my whole backside uncovered. So the two begain ... She coarsely pulled my arm and pounded me for another 20 min. And the other lady pulled at my leg. They said that was it! even though I was booked in for an hour. I got there at 7:05pm and they were done at 7:40pm But I did complain to her when she was done about the service and the facts that I could hear what was going on in the other room next to me. And the facility didnt feel safe because there were no lockable doors. Needless to say, I Never could figure out where this unorthodox method came from..A professional massage therapist should never expose genitals or breasts, or any other areas you identify. Only the area the therapist is working on at the time. They never kept my body protected. This was the WOREST massage ever!Desired Settlement: I would like a refund of the amount paid $42.00.
