Review: My daughter received a robosapien robot for Christmas. The robot stopped working approximately 3 months ago. I have attempted contact with WowWee several times. I received 1 email back from WowWee advising me to contact Technical Support. I attempted to contact Technical Support on several occassions and again tried to contact customer support on several occassions with no response. I feel WowWee should replace this defective product.Desired Settlement: I want the robosapien replaced or repaired.

Review: My wife and I decided to buy a Wowwee mini projector for iPhone from [redacted] in St. louis West County Mall. We were excited to use it for our upcoming wedding in August of 2011. We know its been some time, however we brought the projector home and it NEVER worked it's still in the box with all the components , etc., we got the logo screen then it turned off. Does the same thing today? We got married without it but my wife was diagnosed with cancer and that was are focus for the next 8 months leading into 2012. After we had that under control we went back to [redacted] and they took no responsibility and said they did not carry that anymore and we were to contact wowwee. We did so several times including just a month ago, you can only open tickets in e-mail. All we have asked is them tell us if we are doing something wrong,repair it or replace it. No response ... we paid 299.00 for this thing and we can't get them to even say boo. We are telling the truth never has it worked. We feel this company does not stand by their commitment to satisfy there customers or resolve issues that could be user error but don't think so. The product probably is defective.Desired Settlement: Consult,repair and or replace the wowwee item.
