Review: I paid $802.97 by checks # [redacted] & 2774 for a 10/6/13 Wedding of my Step-Son, [redacted] to [redacted]. Funds paid per receipt 2 weeks before wedding. Wedding was cancelled Aug. 30th. I called and advised [redacted], owner. He said contract with Bride - [redacted] and if she called to tell him wedding is off her would refund my money in full. [redacted] called in and confirmed wedding cancelled and [redacted] confirmed this during my 9/10/13 phone call with him. He said he would mail refund that week. I called him on 9/16/13 to let him know I did not receive refund in the mail yet. [redacted] advised he did not have the money. He said, "you can't get blood from a turnip". He then got hostile with me after I told him that I'm going to report him to the Revdex.com. He said to stop hassling him and he would mail me a check on 10/15/13. That is today. I am reporting this business because I am due a refund of $802.97 for a service that was NOT provided. Business was informed over a month before the Wedding date. No signed contracts. Only a receipt that I have from the Bride, [redacted]. Please Help me get my money back or advise what I can do next.Desired Settlement: Owner, [redacted] needs to refund me $802.97 ASAP!
