I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ***, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
In the response made by the business, it was claimed that I simply "didn't like the labels", which was not the case I clearly stated, if not emphasized the fact that the quality was extremely poor and the printing was bad; as some of the wheels on the carriage image was simply cut off due to such poor printing quality Therefore, my complaint had no indication as to my "preference", as I obviously selected that design because I liked the way it looked on the website; however, the website projects a better quality according to the picture And my complaint about the coasters were the "flattened bows", not about the coasters itself Additionally, this company has failed to even respond to the vulgarity of the representative over the phone named "***" who hung up the phone on me Even the tone in the company's response projects similar crudeness This company obviously just cares about making a sale instead of building a relationship with their clients to ensure return customers The shipping cost is only $and that is all I am asking for If this company is that frugal on top of their obvious lack of professionalism and sincere customer service, then that is by far disgusting and this whole experience is appalling I guarantee that I will be posting my experience on as many blogs and business review sites as possible and I'm sure it will discourage future potential customers which will be a loss of more than $ This company should be ashamed of themselves and their greed Thank you sincerely to the Revdex.com for mediating on behalf of an unsatisfied customer and victim of a bad business experience with such a vulgar company I would hope that a resolution can and will be made Thank you again and God Bless!

 That's what I mean by the run around they keep going on about the weight of the package they keep claiming that the package had to have had what was in it because of the weight but no can can say that they know for sure the stuff ever left there wear house because all they can say is the package weighed 30 lbs but when I got my package it didn't I also got 3 other packages that day can they say without reason the [redacted] driver didn't just put them all together that day that's what usually do around here but regular less I'm still waiting

Revdex.com:At this time, I have not been contacted by Wrapwithus regarding complaint ID [redacted].  I sent the items back for a refund and the refund was processed; however, they did not contact me regarding my complaint.  Also, prior to me returning the items, I did send an email to one of the representatives whom I had contact with prior to contacting Revdex.com, and I advised her that I was returning the items for a refund and I also advised her in the email that no one from their entity has responded to the 2nd correspondence from Revdex.com, and I did not receive any response from her at all.  I am only asking for the return shipping cost, which was $14, and I have the postal receipt of that.  I don't know how to forward the email to you through this forum, so I will copy and paste the email on this page and if you provide me with an email address, then I can forward the actual email I sent them.Below is the email transcript that I sent to the company prior to returning the items and they did not respond to this email at all:

I contacted the Revdex.com regarding issues that I've been having with this purchase and also with staff members within your company who were very rude and ignored all of the issues I had with my order and evidently hung up the phone on me. There was only one response made from your company to the Revdex.com and there was a follow up correspondence which required a response from your company which you guys failed to respond to. I can not afford to wait any longer for a resolution; therefore, I am sending the items back to you for a full refund. All I asked from you guys was to pay the return shipping for the items that I had issues with which would only cost about $13 to ship, but no one within your establishment seems to be cordial enough to do that. I already took a hit with paying the first shipping cost. I've never seen a company that doesn't stand by their products and service and also customer satisfaction. This was a terrible experience dealing with you guys and I don't think that any customer should be treated this way by any company that has morals and values and cares about their cliental. I had to resort to contacting you because you are the last contact person that I have on file and no one is responsive to the Revdex.com. Please note that I will be returning most of the items back to you for a full refund and I would appreciate it if you could meet me half way in paying the return shipping.

Review: Hello. I placed an order from an online store called "Wrap with us". This is my first time purchasing from this site. When I received the order, there were some quality issues with the products. I purchased coasters which was advertised with nice, fluffy bows on the website and personalized labels. When I received the items, the bows on the coasters were all flattened from the compressed shipping and the personalized labels were horribly printed. The printing quality of the labels were extremely poor; it seems as if either the printer was running out of ink or if the "fast draft" option was selected before printing. I sent out an email the same day and I simply asked for a return shipping label to return the items, as they did not appear as advertised. They refused to pay return shipping. I decided to call customer service and spoke with a woman named "[redacted]" and she was very rude & sarcastic with her responses. She stated that the items were "only $1.19 each & that you get what you pay for." She stated, "if you go to the dollar store & buy a dollar item, I don't know what kind of quality you're expecting." She completely failed to focus on my issue of the poorly printed labels & she stated, "well, they're $.20 cent labels, that's what you get." She was very rude & did not handle my issue well. When I asked her for her name, she said, "[redacted]" & I asked her for her last name & she stated, "we don't give our last names". She then cut me off as I was speaking & stated, "have a nice day" & then hung up the phone on me. I don't know how they're in business with such lack of moral. All I asked for was a return shipping label so that I can return the items back that were poorly packaged & poorly printed. Why should I have to pay to ship back their poorly packaged & printed products. None of it appears as they are advertised on the website. It's false advertising if you ask me, or more like a "bait & switch". I'm 8mths pregnant & need to prepare for my event & I need these products refunded.Desired Settlement: I would simply like for the company to stand behind their products and provide reasonable or at least standard customer service by paying the return shipping. I'm already at a loss by having paid the initial shipping cost. Also, it would be nice if someone would reprimand "[redacted]" for her impudence and unprofessionalism. Their customer service is less than satisfactory. Perhaps, the Revdex.com can open up a file for this business to allow other victims of their boorishness to speak up.

We absolutely do not do any bait and switch. We feel this product is a great value given the price and the popularity of the item. The exact product that was shipped is what is shown in the photo on our website. The product is a 2 piece glass coaster set which comes packaged in a clear box with organza ribbon wrapped around the box as well as a personalized label for each of the boxes. Each item is packaged individually in bubble wrap for protection and it one of our most popular items especially given that the item is $1.19. We were told that she did not like the labels and offered to reprint a different label free of charge. We were told it was not the quality the customer was expecting and even though it is a personalized item that is not normally refundable, we did tell her she can return them. Review: I ordered a product on 4/*/15 and paid $15.99 for three day shipping. Mind you, the original product was only about $20.00. I also indicated, on my order, that the event the product was needed for was on 4/**/15. I confirmed with wrapwithus that the product shipped on 4/*/15. With a 3 day delivery, that would put the product at my door on 4/**/15 or 4/**/15 ([redacted] does deliver on Saturdays) at the latest. I did not receive the package, nor did I receive a notice of attempted delivery. I tried to call wrapwithus on 4/**/15, but they were not open. I called [redacted] first thing 4/**/15 to discuss my missing product. [redacted] said they received an address correction on 4/**/15 from wrapwithus and that is why it was not delivered on 4/**/15. It is now the day of the event and I do not have the product I paid for. Wrapwithus' only reply was "you counted wrong" and "how am I supposed to know you need your product today". To which I replied "I did not count wrong, [redacted] equals three days! Even if you don't count the [redacted], three days would be the [redacted] which is a day [redacted] delivers. You gave the incorrect address to [redacted] and yes you should know I need my product today because I put that on the order and that is why I paid for 3 day delivery." Their customer service response was "I can't control [redacted]." They refused to give me a refund.Desired Settlement: I would like a complete refund since I did not receive the product I paid for by the date I paid to receive it.

Hello:I checked into the order and I am showing the order was placed at 11 PM on Tuesday the [redacted] so it was processed and shipped 1st thing on Wednesday the [redacted] even though our check out page says it takes 3-5 days to process an order. It also states that weekends and holidays are not counted for shipping time. [redacted] 3 day is business days as stated on our website and on the [redacted] website so the package was scheduled to be delivered today, Monday. The order was delivered as scheduled today. We do provide a special instructions box on the check out page and if it was noted that the package was needed before the date indicated we would have called and said that 2 day shipping was needed but the only thing that was on the order was todays date and it did arrive today.[redacted]?
