June 6, I am responding to a letter that I received on June , 2014, at Wrench Rite, about a complaint submitted on 6/4/and was assigned an ID of ***.I am enclosing a copy of the invoice for *** ***, from /7/for the amount of $As you can see there were
no fog lights and installation.Both *** *** and her husband, *** ***, have been in Wrench Rite at least four different times, 9/25/13, 10/31/13, 12/6/and 2/27/for service since 8/7/without any mention of any problems

Review: I bought fog lights from this business and had them installed by them also - total price was $125+.Over the winter the battery kept draining which I attributed to the cold weather. When the weather became warmer the battery was still draining. I had the battery tested by a friend and it did not show there was a problem. When I drove the car and turned the fog lights off with the radio on there was a very loud crack squelch noise.I took my car to another garage for inspection (because I no longer trusted the original installer) and mentioned the lights and draining battery. They discovered that the wiring was incorrect - two "hot" wires were together which was draining the battery because it was as if the lights were on all the time even when the car wasn't running. I was told I was lucky the car had not caught on fire. My car is garage kept so other property could have been destroyed - possibly my home. Needless to say this repair was another $100+ charge (although I was glad to pay to eliminate the danger).Desired Settlement: I believe I should be refunded for the amount of the initial installation of the fog lights since it was faulty and dangerous. I was very fortunate to have recognized there was something wrong and pursued the issue.
