I purchased my vehicle that I am currently driving with Wright Auto Sales in WaterlooWhen I first went to look at vehicles there, the sales rep that was working with me was pretty goodAlthough he tried numerous times to speak over my head to my boyfriend about the car, he did a fairly good jobI had communicated to him a few times that the vehicle I was looking at was not going to be registered in my name, just that I was the one purchasing the carHe acknowledged my concerns and said he would pass the message alongWhen I did pick the car I wanted, I was passed along to the finance team which was a complete nightmare from start to finishThe way I was spoken to was appalling (as if I was unable to comprehend what she was saying- talking down to me)She would take concerns that I had a tell me just to wait a minute, and that she knew how to do her jobI told her as well as I had told the sales rep that I was not to be put down on the insurance at which she quickly dismissedI was contacted a few days prior to getting my car that was in "great condition" and informed that it had failed its e-test (this is a vehicle)When I came back in to pick up the car and sign the papers, the insurance had be drawn up incorrectly despite my numerous details on whose name it should be in, ectI had to make trips out of my way to provide them with the proper paperwork to make sure everything was in order because they could not figure out the first trips what documentation they needed, despite this being most of their job descriptionI sent an email to them expressing my displeasure and was blatantly ignored and my email was never responded toThey also have made it a practice of theirs to beg people for good reviews on [redacted] The phrase I received went something like, "If you feel you have had a good experience with us and with me, which you've expressed no complaints about (insert cheesy smile), it would be great if you could go on there and give me and good reviewWe are really trying to increase our internet presence and you giving that positive review for our services would be soooo helpful"All in all, I think that this business is presenting itself in a manner that is so customer focused and oriented when in reality do not care about the quality of their cars, services, or professionalismAs someone who has worked in the customer service industry my entire life, it is disheartening to me that people could be going in there and being treated in the fashion that I was

WARNING !!! If you don't want potentially hard inquiries dramatically lowering your credit score, avoid Wright Automotive financing I was looking into my financing optionsPuneet Ctold me one credit check would be preformed, and to just let him do his jobThis would give us a better idea which interest rates would be available to me and through which bank, or in-houseThat was not the caseEven after I expressed I only wanted one check done even if It meant a higher rate I have an [redacted] account, and when I got home and checked my score online, and then called their customer service, I found out multiple hard inquiries were made [redacted] This dropped my score by almost points, which could be significant depending on your situationThe fact he flat out lied to my girlfriend and I, and didn't care afterwards when I emailed him, shows they don't care ***He made it seems like after running a check, he will give you rates from certain banksWhen in reality he's making applications to banks on your behalf, which all run HARD INQUIRIESHe showed me that he ran for one personI feel bad for that persons credit If you don't mind being upsold by salespeople, [redacted] , and potentially having your credit damaged, maybe you might find something overpricedBut they DO NOT NEGOTIATEHave funI recommend Autotrader, You will find anything they have for less $$$ Thanks for your time

[redacted] was right there and heard it and was crying. I told [redacted] that she could continue to use theExpedition up until I could have her van fixed .On March 14, [redacted] came into Wright Auto Sales and said she was having trouble out of the right front window. Ilooked at it and told her it may need a part and I could not fix it that day and did not have another van or SUV toloan her. She said that she had to go to Norfolk or VA Beach over the weekend and had to carry some people withher. So I [redacted] sent my daughter [redacted] with [redacted] to rent a van and I paid for the van for her touse until her van was fixed . I told her that I was a fair person I did all of this and she bought the van "as is" and thatI lost a lot of money on this deal. She thanked me and told me she really appreciated what we did for her and wedidn't have to do it.I had not seen [redacted] anymore until June 8, 2015 in [redacted] on West Broad street. I told hermy wife had a [redacted] that I sold her in August of 2014, here she is, you can ask her if she wants to sellit. So [redacted] asked my wife in [redacted] and they talked about the price. I told [redacted] if you buy that SUV frommy wife, that's between you and her. Wright Auto Sales don't have anything to do with that. She said sheunderstands.[redacted]

Review: Mr [redacted] picked up my [redacted] on 8/29/15 from my home to assist me with a transmission issue. He and his daughter [redacted] told me that they were not sure if it was a transmission issue or if it was a solenoid. He then took 2 weeks to tell me that he had been looking for a solenoid part to get vehicle fixed. I hadn't heard anything much from him until I told him on 10/3/15 that I needed to get my vehicle back. He kept apologizing for the length of time it took him to get the vehicle working. He said his mechanic was out of town and it had been taking a while because the mechanic works for another company and he had been working my vehicle on the side. I asked him where my vehicle had been this whole time and he stated it had been at his shop because he wouldn't allow the mechanic to take it off site. [redacted] agreed to meet with me at a [redacted] parking lot close to my home on 10/3/15 stating that the vehicle still isn't running right. I took a witness with me and [redacted] drove us back to his shop in my vehicle. The whole time [redacted] kept apologizing for how the vehicle was running, stating that he could drive the vehicle like that but he didn't expect a female to drive the vehicle like that. The vehicle sticks around 2nd gear he said. He stated in the car as well as at his shop that if I didn't want to give him any money or if I wanted to give him a little bit of money that it was ok. We got to the shop, he then showed me lots of parts, stating he had taken some things out and took parts from his junkyard for free because he heard some extra noises. Then he showed me the solenoid part stating it should be working but its not. I then asked him for my keys and he fumbled around pretending to look for them and found them in his pocket. As I was leaving, he asked me if I wanted to do a trade in, and I said no & left. The next day, he called me stating he wanted money, his wife told him he shouldn't have handled it that way.Desired Settlement: Want [redacted] to be honest. Told him I still have to get my vehicle fixed. My resolution is to go to a real transmission shop, and hopefully note the transmission shop that his mechanic works at. Unfortunately, I do not know which shop his mechanic works at because he never gave me a name of an individual, just that his mechanic who has been out of town in Maryland and [redacted] didn't know when the mechanic would come back. I told [redacted] and his daughter [redacted] initially that the truck lags, runs at 20 miles per hour and hard to go up hill or move forward. This was around 8/22/15 and daughter [redacted] stated that she would have her dad look at the car first since I bought it from her mother (his wife) and she insisted that I use their mechanic because he was so good and had worked on race cars before and other complicated issues . Daughter [redacted] then called me on 8/29 stating she and her father were at my place and had my vehicle.
