Got my first Frenchie for this breeder, found her to be amazing and very professional. My baby was vet check the day after getting her at her encouraging and our vet said she was a perfect well developed puppy.. things I looked for in a breeder was 1) parents on premise 2) ability to see puppies and environment myself 3) option to return when I liked to see how my puppy was coming along. 4) vet reference. This breeder hit all of those marks. Even when I wanted to pick her up before her time she was very professional about how for the health of the puppy she has a set time frame before releasing a puppy 9 weeks. She even had them at her vet before we picked up. I have to say Trixie "aka" Pudge is amazing addition to our family and would return to her for another puppy in the future. she sent us weekly photos and updates on her weight and food transision. My boys loved getting those updates as they felt like they were part of the process...

I found the property was clean and well organized my puppy was use to a crate environment and not a cage setting nursery setting was warm clean and perfect for mommy and her pups before transisioning to toddler room we're they were taught how to play, use the potty properly. I am a extremely happy customer

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

I had a chance to look over all the paper work sent to you by Wrinkles and Wags and I'm glad they sent all of it. Can't understand how they could change there story so fast! The woman I bought the dog fro did talk to the emergency room Doctor
the night I brought the dog in. The time was 12:00am. The Doctor told her right in front of me that the dog had to be sick for a couple of days prior to purchase. The Doctors information is on the paper work that they had sent you if you would like to call and speak to the Doctor. After speaking to the Doctor I got on the phone with the breeder and asked her what I should do because I don't have the extra money to spend and I would have to put it on a credit card. The breeder said go ahead and let them put the dog on IV
and medication and I will refund the money to you. I went and picked up the dog the next day and the dog was still lethargic but got better after a couple of days. I began calling the breeder asking her when she would refund the money and all of a sudden her story changed! The breeder said that she wanted her vet to look over all blood work and then she would make the decision if she would refund the money. This went on for three weeks and then she texted me and said that she was only refunding half of the money. I thought this was unexceptable. The breeders contract says if the dog would get sick that she would be responsible. I think this is a outrage! I to was a Revdex.com member for the last 7 year and I know the Revdex.com will do the right thing and see that I get a full refund that I deserve. It is very sad that I paid 2300 for the dog and had to put out another thousand out of my pocket that I just don't have. The dog was sick the day I took it home and got worse the next day to where she couldn't breath. You know what funny? When I picked up the dog I asked the breeder how she is doing with potty training. She said not good because the weather her has been sleet and rain so when I would take her out she would take for ever to go do her thing. She also said how bad she felt for the puppies and her other animals because the weather was so bad! So I'm thinking the dog got sick from her bringing the puppy out in that terrible weather. Another thing that's funny is the emergency room Doctor said," Your going to have a problem getting your refund this happens all the time and I see the poor people get stuck with the bill". The Doctor then printed out three different state dog lemon law forms for me to take home and read. The breeder is dead wrong here and like I said before I know the Revdex.com will see that this matter is resolved is the proper manner. Thank You  very much

Review: I bought a French Bulldog puppy from [redacted] @ Wrinkles and Wags Puppies. The very next day the puppy got sick and I had to rush her to the Hospital. The puppy had Pneumonia. The emergency room Doctor talked to [redacted] at the time of the visit and explained that the dog was sick and had been for at least a few days. [redacted] said that she would reimburse me the full amount of the hospital bill. [redacted] called me two weeks later after I left her multiple messages and told me that she would not be giving me any reimbursements. I contacted a lawyer and had them send her a letter about the Delaware Dog Lemon Law witch states that if a puppy gets sick within one week of purchase the breeder is responsible up to the amount of sale price. I paid 2300.00-Two thousand three hundred dollars for the puppy and the hospital bill was 1500.00. I would like to be reimbursed my money for it's [redacted]s responsibility!! Thank You for any help you can assist withDesired Settlement: I am asking for the sum of one thousand five hundred dollars refunded to me for the hospital emergency room visit the day after the purchase of our puppy. The Puppy had Pneumonia and I have all documents to show if need be.
