So, Writers Work, LLC seems to be a fraudulent scamThey advertised that writing work was available, but I paid $for a marginal dashboard that had no guidance or help from their staffThey made it a point to show no business address, fax number, customer service phone number, or even and e-mailIt's a group of slick millennials scamming the consumer publicFurther, they made it appear that they were actually located in Arizona (a complete scam)They also billed for "coaching" to the tune of $As soon as I paid them the $last week, I found out that the job assignments were actually expired (free) craigslist ads that had no valueI had to text Shannon (no other way to contact the business) who told me one week ago that I supervisor would return all of my money - re-credit the $These people are a fraud and a scam and it appears that there were a number of FTC violations by the businessIt is now one week later and they have not returned my money paid for their garbage

I signa few days ago after reading about the day refund policy I am within the the day window for refund Visually the product is not what I expected and now I want to cancel within the day refund window and get the $refunded Writers Work answered an email request for refund and asked me what expectation wasn't met with the product so I returned an email saying visually the product isn't what I was expecting and I am within the day window for refund so please issue refund but I have not heard back from them Please look into this and see if you can get them to refund me the $

I signed up for writers.work and it said you can get a full refund if you don't like the company in days well one day later after reviewing the website I sent an email to support which I had a hard time tracking down because on the actual website there is nowhere that says customer service or helpAnd the way they advertise it totally a lieThis is for experienced writers not new writers the jobs they offer are really hard and you need a journalism degree
