Review: The contractor gave no receipt for over $30,000 worth of work. He installed inadequate insulation, improperly installed a door and overcharged for closet and boiler room doors. He promised in April of 2013 to return in 3 weeks. He has not shown up and has not responded to my contact since his receipt of a certified letter I sent in September of 2013. He has stopped accepting my calls, his numbers ###-###-#### and ###-###-#### go directly to a full voice-mail and his mobile ###-###-#### allows me to leave a message which is never responded to. The address listed on the contract is [redacted] while flyers still list a [redacted] address.Desired Settlement: I would like 1)receipts for all money paid2)Proper/adequate insulation installed3)Receipts for "extra work" i.e the light fixtures and the boiler room and closet room doors and their installation. 4)Proper sealing of door between garage and apartment
