twenty to thirty minutes for an item we assured would be ready is unacceptable. We are in the business to serve our customers providing friendly service and freshly prepared products ready to place on the dinner table as promised.
We have reviewed and addressed the incident with our customer (the mother) and assured we will make it right. Our customer has been satisfied with our follow up concerning the complaint issue; we are always happy to take action any concerns or suggestions.

expect to receive all purchases in good condition and within the sell buy date. There is no excuse for us to allow a customer to leave without all purchases. When the incident was brought to our attention we are to correct the error. All our associates are empowered to make it right for our customers; we regret the lack of follow through allowing our customer to leave without a purchased item after it was brought to our attention.
Strack and Van Til is committed to our customers, we will always make it right.
OFFER:
I will be happy to replace the item (Estancia)for the customer on the next visit. Stop by the service counter and inform the associate of the issue and the product will be replaced.

As a former retail worker, I do recognize the importance of integrity within a business. I do hope the employees involved have been appropriately reviewed. I would only wish to put this incident behind me and be able to continue purchasing goods from here, with peace of mind. Thank you for your consideration.
