Our Customer Service Manager in Salt Lake City canceled the customer' s original returned goods record and created

Review: I ordered hardware through their sales rep in October 2013 for a job to install prior to a Thanksgiving grand opening. It was nothing complex, some simple hinges, drawer guides and glue. I asked him to ship the order complete, but he said they wouldn't do that. In January 2014 I still did not have all of the order and parts of it were faulty. I told their salesman to pick up the faulty hardware and refund my money. I purchased the hardware still needed from another source and it was in my hand in 24 hours. In February 2014 I sent a letter to their PO Box requesting the refund, that was just ignored. Now they are sending me an invoice for $67.81 for something that I have no idea what it is for. I called the number on the invoices [redacted]) and the woman, named Deb, said she nor customer service could help me.Desired Settlement: I would like my money refunded and the invoices to stop.

This company showed me what is piece of [redacted] and [redacted] in action, They are unable sell what you want and how many pieces you want. They lie to customer and charged me three times for same purchase. I paid only once and they refused sell me other stuff because they can't find if I paid it or no and two [redacted] from Grand Prairie dictate me to bring proof I paid for purchase. Top of [redacted]: they don't have bank statement where they can check it.
