I have examined the receipts from the customer's account As you can see by the receipts, the book was discounted by only $12, not the $stated in the complaint I have attached a sign that is posted at all registers It states that "All returns are subject to manager approval" Although, we do not agree that the settlement was incorrect, we will issue a store credit to the customer in the amount of $ Please let us know if this is acceptable to the customer We service many students and try to accommodate them when possible and hope that this will succesfully resolve the issue.Sincerely, *** ***WVSU Bookstore Manager

I have examined the receipts from the customer's account.  As you can see by the receipts, the book was discounted by only $12, not the $25 stated in the complaint.  I have attached a sign that is posted at all registers.  It states that "All returns are subject to manager approval"....
