Initial Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 5, 2015/09/02) */ In response to the consumer she was advised on the phone at the time of her first visit there will be a charge for a technician to come to her home and diagnose what the issue is with her appliance and she can then decide if she wants the appliance repairedIn this case she wanted her fridge to be repaired at which time the technician ordered the partThe part she needed was back ordered as sometimes happens and is out of our handsAs soon as the part got here she was given a call to set up an appointmentShe declined the appointment but was still charged the fee which is our standard practice and is also the reason every customer is advised of this before the technician goes to their homeAs for her floor being damaged this is her faultAs the home owner I would have thought she would have turned off the water to prevent her floors being wreckedShe never did speak to the manager but instead to the parts departmentHad she asked to speak with the Manager I am sure this would have been resolvedThe charges remain firm even though we are now charging her half the cost of the call Initial Consumer Rebuttal / [redacted] (3000, 7, 2015/09/04) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) I did ask for a manager his name was [redacted] and I'd he was not the manager I was lied to againWe did turn off the water and it continued to leak from risidual I the lines we tried to stop with no luckWe were nothing of a service fee for a technician and were advised 2-weeks for back order on March 11th and had no return calls for monthsI am not paying any fees due to a LA k of service and communication on midway partI documented each day I called in my daytime with no responsemonths and no contact for a week part is unacceptable customer serviceI never signed or agreed or was informed of any fees unless I had them make the repairI will not be paying the invoice and still seek Revdex.com resolution of waiving this

As soon as the part got here she was given a call to set up an appointment. She declined the appointment but was still charged the fee which is our standard practice and is also the reason every customer is advised of this before the technician goes to their home. As for her floor being damaged this is her fault. As the home owner I would have thought she would have turned off the water to prevent her floors being wrecked.
