Review: I ordered an item from this company on 2/10/15 via online through their website. I received a confirmation email almost immediately following the completion of the order which included an order confirmation number and all the correct shipping information. My bank account was charged in full for the item on 2/18/15. The company website states that items are shipped within 24 to 48 hours after order placement. I received a second email on 2/20/15 stating my order had been shipped and included the shipping number which obviously was not shipped within their projected timeframe but the item was a gift and was ordered in a timely manner so I was willing to forego a complaint regarding their inability to ship within their guidelines. After still not receiving the item by 2/27/15, I used the tracking number supplied and learned that the item associated with the tracking number listed was delivered on 2/23/15 to a different city and state. I immediately contacted the phone number listed on the confirmation email and left a voicemail with details. After several days of not receiving a response, I called the company getting voicemail again but leaving no message and then emailed the company on 3/2/15 regarding my concerns of either an error in delivery or a possible typographical error in the tracking number I received. Later that same day I received an email via iPhone from a gentleman whose only signature was "[redacted] who claimed, "I will check for you." With no further response, I called (voicemail) and emailed the company again on 3/5/15 requesting the status of my order and asking for immediate notification and refund of monies if the order could not be completed by the date I needed the gift. As of today, 3/9/15, I still have not received the item, any further communication from the company or a refund. I sent a final email requesting the return of my funds.Desired Settlement: At the very least I want a refund of all monies paid for this item. In addition, I would request that the company reimburse me for the additional $10 I had to pay to another company to expedite delivery of the same item in order to receive the item by the date I needed it since I placed the original order with them over a month in advance.

Review: I am complaining about a non-delivery of productsOn February I placed an order with WWE Back Issues through their website for Playboy magazines ranging in prices from $to $which totaled in all $Minus a coupon through the website the cost was reduced to $but shipping charges of $were added on to increase the final total to $I was issued an email confirmation with the USPS tracking numberIt was a Priority Mail Day that was sent out on February 20, that contained the magsOn my checking account it indicated a withdrawal of $from the WWE Back Issues web siteThe package was to be sent to my home in [redacted], ** from the location of the business in Mahwah, NJBut when the package did not arrive at the indicated time, I then went to the USPS website using the tracking number given to me by the email confirmation and by the website as wellThrough a finely thorough investigation by the USPS, they indicated the package I had ordered was sent to [redacted]I double checked through the website and the email confirmation that my address in [redacted], ** was clearly givenFor some reason, the package was sent to another locationI have tried to contact the WWE Back Issues by phone and by email to try and see if they can rectify the errorThey have not responded to meI have requested either that WWE Back Issues refund my payment of $for the products not received or to re do a new order of all the magazines I had ordered through their websiteI must point out only until recently has WWE Back Issues failed to live up to being a fine on-line businessI have made several on-line orders beforehand and I have had no problem until this recent order in February There was another problem in November with magazines being ordered but a refund was made then but not in the same amount I had spentI am hoping the situation can be resolved in some manner, soon.Desired Settlement: As stated above, I wish only that WWE Back Issues refund my $back into my checking accountBut if they can re do the entire order and send the magazines to the correct address at no further cost to me, that would be fine too but the refund is what I desire most as the outcome of this situation
