I am rejecting this response because:
The leaks in our roof have consumed us for more than the last yearsThe roof is only years oldWe first noticed leaks within months of the roof installation and attempted to contact Bobby Campbell RoofingAlthough it took many attempts on our end to reach him and receive a response from the roofers, he did finally come out and make what he claimed were repairsThe first repair he made was to add required flashing that was not installed when the roof was replaced in The roof continued to leak in the same area (over the garage) and again after much effort from us to contact him, he came out to make another supposed repairAfter he claimed the leak was fixed he did in fact pay to have the drywall that was damaged by the leak repairedThe drywall repairs actually went well and we assumed the issue was fixed permanentlyAfter no more than another year though the same area of ceiling began to show new signs of water damageAfter inspecting the roof via the attic we noticed that water was still coming in from the same area as the original leakWe have made an inordinate number of attempts to contact Bobby Campbell Roofing and allow the opportunity to make the repairs to the roof and every time it is difficult to make contactOnce contact is made he does in fact come to look at the roof but he has failed to actually make a permanent repairWe have multiple leaks in various areas of our roof and yes, MrCampbell did say on his last visit that he believed they were due to rotten siding on the houseWe have though had the house inspected and painted by a licensed contractor (October 2013) who said that all of our siding was in great condition everywhere on the houseThe largest leak in the roof is actually coming from the center peak of the roof over the garage, in an area where siding would play absolutely zero role in keeping out waterThe rafters and insulation in the attic are soaked from all of the recent rains we have experienced as well as the drywall that was replaced after MrCampbell's original attempt to "fix" the leakAs it stands right now, we basically have holes in our roof that need to be fixedThe roof was installed with a warranty and we feel as MrCampbell has not made any real effort to make the necessary repairs to our roofWe have a multitude of email, text and phone records from our attempts to contact MrCampbell over the years to no availOur only real desire at this point is to have our roof repaired correctly so we will no longer be plagued by water damage in our home

We have went and fix leaks here before , and we did greatly apoplogize !! We also paid for the sheetrock to be repaired where our roof failed in the 1 area !!! So , we have made the effort to take care of the customer, as we feel that is very important !!! We are not sure where...
this leak is coming from , but are willing to go fix !!! The last time we were there , we believe the siding on the wall is leaking , not the roof !! Also , when we did the roof originally, we told the previous owners , who we did roof for, that the siding needed to be addressed !!! Once again, we are not sure where the leak is this time !?!?! So , we have responded to the customer ,that they can pick any roofing company they want to go look and give estimate , but we would like to be there with the other roofer to see what the problem is ?!? Being that we are gonna pay the bill for any incorrect roofing issues the new roofing company finds !! Cause we believe they will find incorrect siding , not incorrect roofing!!! But hey , if they do find incorrect roofing , we stand corrected and will pay the bill !!!! Please lets fix this ASAP, for the customer and for us !!! Thanks
