Review: About a month ago, I won the 12 Days of Christmas contest from LITE-FM 106.7 radio via their contest website - [redacted], which included among other things, a Trip to Florida,

cash, and numerous Award Cards (Jewelry, Baskin-Robins, etc.)

I contacted the Contest Coordinator [redacted] at ###-###-#### and verified my identity and was told I would be contacted on how to receive my prizes.

So far, 5 phone calls and 3 e-mails have been ignored. I have received no information back via phone or e-mail nor have I received any of the prizes.

I have printed evidence of my win, showing the Florida Resort as well as my name listed as one of the winners. [redacted] ###-###-####Desired Settlement: Would like all prizes won.
