Paper Helms did not provide to me the research paper I paid them to write. It was too late for revisions.I submitted to Papers Helm on October 13th, 2015 payment for a paper to be written for my Bible Class and stated to them that it was due no later than 10:59pm Central Time on October 16th, 2015. I stated this on more than one occasion on October 13th, 14th, 15th and 16th 2015. They had all the necessary instructions and my Professor graded and approved topic and outline. They not only did not follow my outline and use my sources they didn't even stick with the topic. I received the first paper at around 8:30pm Central time on October 16th, 2015. Upon downloading it soon realized I could not use the paper. It not only resembled something written by a 12 year old but it was completely off topic and didn't even use the outline I gave them. It was too late, I received a 0 for the paper grade. Then suddenly receive another revision on Monday October 19th or at least another notice of the revision possibly. On top of this some Mr. [redacted] has slapped me in the face with the offer of 50% refund and 60% off future purchases. Sorry but who in their right mind would do business this way. I compare what they did to having work done on your car. If the wrong part is used or not done properly or you agree to use one brand and they use another you wouldn't pay for it. I want my FULL 100% refund. I paid them $100.50 and then $10.00 more because they didn't have the right due date on the original order. Their sales guys insured that the original paper would be received 100% accurate. Their end of the deal was not held. Their phone number is absolutely no good even though they FALSELY advertise that they can be reached by calling the number.Desired SettlementI have demanded and asked on several different occasions since Friday October 16th, 2015 for a full refund after having been told by one of their online reps that they would do so if not satisfied. Papershelm.com falsely advertising they are a quality writing service for essays, research papers, and other docI signed up with papershelm.com for them to provide me a 10 page research paper on a specific topic and gave then clear written instructions on what to deliver. The paper they provided after 12-13 days was poorly written using as the english grammar used contained sentences that made no sense, totally off the topic requested, and totally confusing when reading. I Paid for urgency level of 5 days and had it delivered in 6 days and when I checked with them they asked me to wait for 4 hours and when I asked them again they asked me to wait for another 5 hours and yet delivered after 11 hours due to deadlines.
After it was delivered the work was outrages, I paid for 5500 words and they only delivered 3400 words.
I also paid extra $8.00 for plagiarism check result and I did not receive any of it, in additional I paid $12.00 for VIP customer supports and you get nothing special at all and the service is even worst! total waste of money.
To continue the story I asked for the works to get review today and it promised me to be deliver to me in 2hours and 20 mins at 10.09am (German time) and up till now after 10 hours 18.11pm they have not send me and when I sent them again the email asking them they asked me to wait for another 8 hours for the review work to be deliver.

Refuse to give refund on paper I purchased. I purchased a paper PHOC-392209. To start the paper looks like it was written by a child and did not follow any instructions I provided them.
