I would like my picture removed from their website effective immediately. this is a reasonable request. They gave an unreasonable response.I found out my picture was on their website advertising me as a [redacted] personality with a [redacted] channel. I did formerly have an account on [redacted] but am a private citizen who does not post videos to [redacted]. I emailed them to ask them to remove the picture they refused because of their company policy. I don't work for their company, nor do I want my image and likeness supporting their company, so their policy does not apply to me. I asked them to remove the photo as it was a private portrait I took years ago and I never intended for it to be displayed as a social media personality. they refused. this is unreasonable as my reasons for no longer participating in [redacted] are because as a Christian I do not support their platform. Desired Settlementthey informed me that they keep statistical information, i'm not fighting that. I just want my picture removed effective immediately.Business Response We don't store any pictures so there is nothing to remove. Pictures are provided from [redacted]. As stated, as we are a reference we do not remove any information but users are welcome to control their information from [redacted].Consumer Response The Company has gracefully resolved the issue. I sent them a second email asking them to resolve the issue and they quickly resolved it and I am satisfied.They were very respectful and polite in resolving the issue.Final Consumer Response

I have asked SocialBlade to process my unlink request with [redacted] and I am within the 30 day trial period to do so. They will not communicate.I have asked SocialBlade many time to cancel my partnership with them and while I did get one email stating that they COULD process my unlink request, I did not receive any communication that they actually would. They have denied my unlink request through YouTube three times. If the contract states that I can cancel within 30 days, then I should be able to cancel. In the meantime, they are making money off of my YouTube channel, because they refuse to process my unlink request, despite their claim that the first 30 days of one's membership are a "no lock-in" trial period. I first requested that SocialBlade cancel my partnership 1 day following becoming a partner, so I am well within my 30 day trial period.Desired SettlementSocialBlade must process my unlink request through [redacted] and cancel my partnership with them.Business Response Hi [redacted], I reviewed your ticket history and apologize on behalf of the team for things not getting sorted out quicker. Not that it matters to you persay but just so you're aware, the contact for network partnerships itself is with our business partner [redacted] so we have to let them handle unlink requests and they've been still catching up since the New Year on tickets. The good news is that by tomorrow they actually should be up to date but I'm sorry you got caught up in the delay here. As for unlinking via [redacted], that is not used by most networks including ours. [redacted] has that there for networks that basically just go away and don't handle support tickets at all which I do see how you felt that was the case. If a request isn't handled in 30 days via the unlink system a channel is released so it's not an ideal way to handle things. As per the contract the correct way to unlink is by opening a ticket / emailing us, which you did so I apologize again for the frustration there. It was totally on our side for not getting back to you sooner.Anyway the good news is that I have verified with the[redacted] team that your channel has been released and that within 24-48 hours at the latest you should see this reflected on your YouTube if it doesn't reflect this already.We wish you the best on your YouTube channel and again sorry for the frustration you have encountered due to a backlog in tickets from the [redacted] support team.
