I ordered decals for the front of my truck on 17 May 2016 from Autografix Designs. I have yet to receive the product I purchased. My order id was 671140. Their website and the receipt they sent through email states it would take 5-7 business days to process the order. After that time frame I have made 6 attempts to email them to find out what the status of my order is. I have yet to receive a response. I placed an order on August 7th 2015 for a sticker overlay set for my Ford Fusion. My account was charged on the 10th and as of today September 21st, I have not received my order or even a response to the many attempts I have made. I began trying to call on 9-1 and started leaving messages. I called multiple ti,mrs a day for over a week hoping to get someone to answer the call. I even tried calling from other numbers incase they were screening calls but was still unable to contact anyone. I have emailed multiple times and have received no response in that form either.
