Ordered merchandise, payment withdrawn from my account but didn't receive those items.On June 27th of 2016 I ordered 2-Arizona State flag Ford Emblem Overlays for my 2001 Ford F250 SD pick-up truck (order #[redacted], in the amount of $23.47) and though payment was withdrew from my bank account on that same day, I never heard back from anyone there even though the site claims that orders are processed in 5-7 business days, and a tracking number would then be sent to me. On July 12th, and again on July 18th of 2016, I sent emails to that company, asking about my order but as of July 20th I still haven't heard anything from anyone there.Desired SettlementEither I would like the merchandise I ordered, or a refund for my purchase.

I ordered decals for the front of my truck on 17 May 2016 from Autografix Designs. I have yet to receive the product I purchased. On 17 May 2016, I placed an order through AutoGrafix Designs website for a [redacted] State Flag Bowtie Wrap Decal. My bank account was charged by WX signs for the amount of $23.48 immediately. My order id was 671140. Their website and the receipt they sent through email states it would take 5-7 business days to process the order. After that time frame I have made 6 attempts to email them to find out what the status of my order is. I have yet to receive a response. I ordered a product on 3/8/2016 and have not received it and funds were taken from my account. I placed an order on August 7th 2015 for a sticker overlay set for my Ford Fusion. My account was charged on the 10th and as of today September 21st, I have not received my order or even a response to the many attempts I have made. I began trying to call on 9-1 and started leaving messages. I called multiple ti,mrs a day for over a week hoping to get someone to answer the call. I even tried calling from other numbers incase they were screening calls but was still unable to contact anyone. I have emailed multiple times and have received no response in that form either. I have reason to believe I am being scammed. I ordered product over 30 days ago and have still yet to receive it. The worst part is I have left several messages and several emails asking to speak to someone in customer service regarding my order and NO ONE HAS EVER CALLED ME BACK!!!They charged my credit card.
