Review: I wish I there were an option to pick "All the Above" for the complaint type. October 2014: When it comes to this man, [redacted], there is no depth to which he has not lowered himself. He breached contract with my mother and I more times than I can begin to fit into this post. He stole multiple items from my house, both during and after construction. Ran off with all my remodeling plans for a month, during the holidays, and I could only get in touch with him through one of his friends (a customer at my bar) because he would not answer my phone calls! He told me that new wiring and plumbing had been done and when I was finally able to get to my house, I arrived to find none of that to be true. Only a gutted house without even any floors 2 months after construction had begun. Keep in mind, this is only an 800 sq ft house! It would have taken anyone (who was actually WORKING) 3 months, TOPS, to complete the inside remodel. After I first started to take action on being taken complete and total advantage of, he STILL didn't step it up! Every day I was able to drive by before work, I found no one working on my house. He would avoid my calls or come back days later with some more lies. I had to extend my renovation loan with the bank and now its nearing the end of March and I am still having to hunt him down for things he said he paid for or installed that were never done. My guest bathroom toilet has been shut off for a week now. Even though [redacted] said he put new plumbing in both bathrooms, that was just another lie. The plumber kindly let me know that all he did was put the new toilet on top of old pipes Then he had the audacity to blame it on the PARISH and DENY ALL RESPONSIBILITY!! Even though the plumber spent an hour under and inside of my bathroom and was the only one able to get him on the phone. He still won't answer my calls. He will only talk to my Mother, who lives an hour away. All he does is feed her lies and avoid me. To top it off, he trash talked both of us to the workers. SODesired Settlement: I have suffered, and am still suffering, from deep emotional trauma because of this man. My old boss told me they dealt with a similar situation with his "company" and that he uses a friend's license to gain jobs. Jobs that he rarely completes or completes correctly. I tried to do right and give a person a chance who I knew from work and who I could hopefully trust, but it ended up backfiring in my face. I would love to be reimbursed for all the time lost and work that still needs to be done.
