Review: Purchased Modular Home 6/2012 - Wyoming Homes was to return to level Home (Never Returned After numerous Phone Calls/Emails). Besides Home not being leveled it is effecting back of home (Master Bedroom) wall is warped and wall is cracking through. Also in the bathroom the ceiling/roof is leaking. This is a brand new home that was built by [redacted] and the Distributor was Wyoming Homes - who was to come and repair as they stated in 6/2012. It is only 02/2014 and these issues are being more and more of an issue.Desired Settlement: Finish the work that they stated they were going to do with leveling the home.

I want the entire wall(s) repaired and repainted.

I also want the roof repaired and the ceiling(s) repaired and re-painted.

I also want any additional damages repaired with this prolonged problems.

Review: On May 2nd Wyoming homes sold us a mobile home for $44000.00. On a turn key agreement which we would be in by June 15, 2013,. Stating that it was a 2011 ,it had been set up but never lived in. Which is not true the oven was very dirty, egg was dripped down the stove, and childrens toys were under refrigerator.

On June 3rd [redacted] and I went down to Wyoming homes and spoke to [redacted] he assured us that we would be completed by June 15th. [redacted] stated that the home would be ready on the 15th and he would give us the keys when we paid it off on the 15th. [redacted] says that he will replace or fix burns that have been made in rugs in living room. .On 9th I called again and no returns calls were give and no home on site.

On June 13 My Husband and I again went to Wyoming homes

I called many times and the owner [redacted] was never available to talk to me, requested our money back, [redacted] wasn't there, talked to [redacted] and he assured us it only takes two day we would be in by the end of the next week. As of June 15 we had given $10300.00 and the home had still not been moved to our site. and nothing was started.

On June 15th [redacted] called and refused to do any work until home was paid for. He said all permits were done and it was ready to be moved. We refused to pay any more Until site work was started, he said he would have his machine there today ,I agreed to give him one check for $14300.OO Which would be more than half. I told him that they better dig a hole I would not give a the check. That eveing [redacted] and his girlfriend did bring machine up and layout were the home would be place and dug the maker line. at this point Wyoming homes is now paid $24650.00 Many calls have been made and we are being told by Wyoming Homes that it the township holding things.

On July 18th I called township and was told no permit had been applied for

On July 19 I got permit application and took it to [redacted]. He said that he had applied for permit, didn't know why they would make him do it again.

On July 22nd I met with township and [redacted] from Wyoming homes and permit is now approved. [redacted] stated that he didn't understand why [redacted] played so many games with people. No site work has been done other than the layout. Many calls are made to Wyoming home with no return calls.

On July 24th [redacted] called and again refused to start anymore work until he was paid again. We refused again. He screamed and yelled called my husband at work had [redacted] call. Than drove to our house, and was told that [redacted] was there to be a witness. He went over everything that had to be done, again said all permits were back and they were ready to move the home, even state that the crew would be there in morning to start site work. [redacted] stated that we would be in by the 30th. [redacted] has now been paid TOTAL OF $39,000.00.

July 25 2 workers from Wyoming homes come late afternoon with no tools needed to barrow hammer and shovel and tape measure.

July 26th [redacted] call wanted last check was told no way.

Saturaday July 27 [redacted] called at 3pm that the guys had to have gravel or they couldn't work Sunday and he couldn't get it if we could he would split the gravel cost with us. We told that the gravel would be there by 10 am, but he had to reimburse us for it he said ok. We got the gravel and were never paid for it $235. slip was given to [redacted]. site is not ready.

July 29th Talked to [redacted] and was told that [redacted] has not issued permit yet and home would be moved as soon as they get permit. I call [redacted] they don't not issue permits but gave me Numbers of who does . I spoke with a lady named [redacted] in [redacted] who said that they never applied until this morning and it was issued by 10am . [redacted] stopped in office and spoke with [redacted] and he said the truck was broken down . The home would be there on Tuesday the 30th

Tuesday [redacted] stopped in office again and was told Wednesday .

July 31 we question why the barrels were so far away from water and sewer lines and were told that the home would be placed and water and sewer would be moved to be under home we question why the last barrel was so far way from stakes and layout line, and were told that when home was placed it wouldn't look that way. While [redacted] and I were talking He received a call from the concrete guys They would not bring concrete until they were made good on a check that was returned to them. When [redacted] got off the phone he told me that it would be up to [redacted]. I offered to pay for concrete and was told that if [redacted] didn't make good on it. [redacted] would call someone else when they were ready. Site is still not ready.

Aug.1st [redacted] did tell me he had to call someone else . Had to reschudle appliances and paid movers $150.

Aug. 2nd [redacted] called said they were ready to roll. Permit expirers today. and nothing happens.

Aug 3rd [redacted] says truck is broke down again.

Aug 5th home is here. they have broken 2 mailboxes, crushed ditch pipe and broken off out side water spicketts and end caps of home. Home is placed 14 feet from layout line and both water and sewer lines are exposed 12-14ft.. [redacted] says that its ok they will not freeze, also says that we can have appliance delivered and move in on Wed. the 7th this was all witness by Pastor [redacted].

Aug 6th No show.

Aug.7th worked on blocking didn't bring rollers to set home and don't have enough blocks to level home.

Aug 8 reschudled, appliances and tv for second time. [redacted] now says he cann't do electric we have too.

Aug. 9th we get elctriction and work will be done by sunday the 11th .

Aug 9th we fined that they have broken water line and it's running water all over ground. No one shows until late in the day and OLD [redacted] agrees that they hit it with a barrel and that home is moved forward, YOUNG [redacted] shows old [redacted] and myself were stakes are in ground, that was were the home was suppose to be .And that lid to sewer tank has been broken and alarm has been crushed.

Aug 10 no show.

Aug 11th [redacted] refuses to deliever appliance because there are no steps to home .

Aug 12th roof vent hasn't been put on furnace, furnace is dripping water and kitchen floors are flooded. Texted [redacted] a list of what needs to be done and damages no replies.. [redacted] calls and says 2 guys will be there and will be done on Tuesday the 13. Aug 13 no show rained til 9am. furnace and floor are flooded again. [redacted] calls in afternoon to review what needs to be done and tells me that keys are lost .

Aug. 14th [redacted] recshudled again still no steps.. hooked up sewer power lines with wire nuts above ground and exposed pump is running I told them it was unexceptable. Roof vent is put on.

Aug 15 We had [redacted] come and pump out sewage tanks, there is a second lid we have to dig they will be back on Tuesday the 20th. 1 guy comes at 2:30 in afternoon to build porch over broken water line. We don't not have hot water. [redacted] delievers, drain to washer is not hooked up and runs onto ground. Still no keys.

Aug 16th talk to old [redacted] and [redacted] about trailer not being level doors don't shut right. [redacted] and [redacted] attempt to level it better but its not right back door has to be kept lock or opens on its own. They cover over sewer line that you can still see pipe

Aug 17 Young [redacted] came to our house and ask if we can get alarm [redacted] wasn't around to get a check from and [redacted] told him to ask us that he would make sure we were paid for it. We run and get it $96.26 give young [redacted] a copy of slip .

Aug 19 [redacted] inspector here didn't pass he not sure why they called. gave me a list of things that have to be done. no show from Wyoming homes.

Aug. 20 [redacted] came back the pump was not running, and States that Wyoming home had burnt it out when the wirers were exposed in the storms.

Aug 21st [redacted] and old [redacted] here working. [redacted] comes up to go over list and tries to get last check I refused and wants my copy of contract he says thiers is lost in the move I made him a copy of mine. and that they cann't find the keys. I told him I would not give him the check until I had title he says that the title could be a problem. [redacted] than calls a couple hours later saying that I changed my copy that there copy says I would put porches on. I refuse and [redacted] starts yelling at me. Than [redacted] calls and says he's a lawyer and I'm not gonna get away with this. He wants his money now or he's going to have the guys cut off the power, sewer and water and take the A,C. unit back. That I was breaking the agreement by refusing to pay him. I remind him that he broke agreement when we were not in June 15th. I refused he called the guys and told them what he wanted to them to do. They told me and I refused to leave . They than told me this isn't the first time [redacted] has done stuff like this. [redacted] called again and threated me that he would come up and take care of thing.. I told him I would call the police. I had my husband come home from work. I showed the guys the check that had been made out and dated the June 15th. and my copy of contact [redacted] said it was [redacted] writing and didn't look like it had been altered. It ended up that the guys did leave and the work was not completed. I told [redacted] that when the work was done and we passed inspection I would pay him. [redacted] and [redacted] both give me there phone numbers if I need them in court.

Aug. 22nd I called inspector to see what had to be done that. and informed him [redacted] had called the guys off the job. The guys from Wyoming home do show up, later [redacted] comes. He wants his check that the guys are there working. The inspector comes and again failed the inspection. I told the inspector what [redacted] had said about the job had to be paid in full before the inspection. The inspector told me that wasn't true in front a [redacted] and said he wouldn't pay until the job was complete. So I told [redacted] I wouldn't pay until I was done. [redacted] continued to badger me until I had to leave. Than he continued to text me until after 9 pm.

On 23rd he showed up again and badger me all day tring to get the check again. He said he was waiting for the inspector. I call the inspector office and was told, he never called til late afternoon and they were not coming til Monday. [redacted] badger me until I couldn't take it and when Old [redacted] said everything was done that inspectered wanted. I gave [redacted] the check. So he would leave but I made him sign a copy that stated he would finish the list with in 10 days or refund any cost to us. They only thing that has been done since is the screen were fixed.

Aug 26 passed inspection.

Aug 28th We fixed hot water heater cost $100.00

things that still need to be done as per agreement

shirting has not been framed it blows off with very little wind

screen door has not been hung the one here is broke and left in the yard

sewer pump is not fixed they came and replaced wire that they agree was broken when the crushed sewer tank lid but never hooked pump back up.....

Review: I am writing to you's because Wyoming homes is [redacted] me around on my delivery of my new home in which I been waiting for 7 months for and everytime I call them they tell me something different and all theses excuses I get from the owner of Wyoming homes owner,I been patient with him until the day he said he was gonna pour the concrete 1 week and set the home the following week.so once he told me that he was gonna do this I sold my home and here as of today October 22 2013 and I'm still waiting on my new home to be set.Desired Settlement: since I sold my home for 11000.00 dollars to this person from [redacted],pa,because the person I sold the home to wants his money back and I feel the home owner should be responsible for paying back this guy.as I been approved for the loan of the new home in june 21,2013 and as of October 22 2013 i'm still waiting on my new home to be set on the site that I put a rental agreement for 490.00 dollars and its is also non refundable.

Review: Ordered home in Sept. of 2012. Home completed Oct. 31, 2012. It was paid in Full. Home wasn't delivered until Feb.2013. Unable to get Occupancy permit due to work not being completed. The Codes Officer sent them a list of work needing completion and a deadline for that completion. Work still not completed. While grading the land, they never finished and moved our porch & steps and we have no way to get in or out of home other than a step stool. We are both disabled, and they also left our underground phone & Internet wires disconnected and exposed, so if we fall trying to get in or out of the home, we can't even call for help. Damaged siding still needs fixed and replaced including corner post. Grading needs to be completed before we can have skirting installed.Desired Settlement: All work to be completed so we can get an Occupancy Permit

Review: Purchased a trailer for this company and gave them over 60,000 dollars and they were to have the trailer installed in April 2013 and as of now September 26, 2013 nothing has been installed or any work performed. Contacted them several times and keep getting lies from owner on when he will install trailer. I am losing money from April until now for possiable rent of trailer.Desired Settlement: Refund of money or give me my product and lose of income from rental fees from May until trailer is installed.

Review: July 8, 2013 Wyoming Homes got me approved for a loan for a [redacted] manufactured home to be placed on mine and my wife [redacted] property. I was purchasing this home with my wife however we were placing the loan solely in my name. By the date of July 26th 2013 we gave a $3000.00 down payment in understanding that this money up front was to order the manufactured home and that the home would be delivered and set up before the expiration date of the loan which was October 4th 2013. [redacted] came out to my land, my wife and I picked the colors and other design elements and a week later [redacted] had the entire $3000.00 down payment to order the home. [redacted] said he would have all the plans sent to our township for approval. By the end of August I still did not hear anything from Wyoming Homes and all calls were going to voice mail and the voice mail was full. I then had my wife [redacted] call the loan company. The loan company contacted Wyoming Homes and at this time thought the hold up was due to Wyoming Homes moving it's business site. Finally I went up to Wyoming Homes with my wife and father in law; where at this time [redacted] claimed that he gave the zoning officer that had recently been shot and killed in [redacted] township the paper work and it must have gotten lost. At this time [redacted] did give us the paperwork needed to take to the township and my wife took these directly to [redacted] Township. One week later my wife got a call from the zoning officer and was informed that the paperwork was incomplete where Wyoming homes faxed over the proper paperwork needed. Finally, all the approvals came through by October 11th, 2013 however by this time I had to get a loan extension for 60 more days where my interest rate was increased and was made clear to [redacted] and myself that this work had to be finished before December 8th 2013 because the loan company did not believe that I would be approved again due to a hospital bill coming up on my credit report. Again, my wife and I went up to Wyoming homes and picked out the interior design to have the hone ordered. At this time [redacted] said he would email my wife these so that I could initial and send this back via fax by the following Tuesday where [redacted] said they needed these initialed for verification to place the order of the home; [redacted] never sent the e-mail. Continued efforts of phone calls to [redacted] the sales person and all other times got a voice mail box which was full. When my wife did speak with [redacted] he continued to give excuses as to why the work had not yet began, such as admitting that he was short on crew, his daughter was sick and he would give a different start date. As my deadline was nearing and we could not get through to Wyoming Homes my wife called the loan company again in November 2013 and spoke with [redacted] where she had told my wife that this getting the house was not going to happen that she did not understand what was going on with Wyoming Homes but that we were not the only ones and to get our money back. Finally December 9th my wife got through to [redacted], where at this time he claimed that he got me another extension on the loan, however the same evening when the mail came, I got a letter from the loan company stating that the loan was expired. [redacted] claimed this letter was not accurate. Finally, after giving more than enough time I decided that I would indeed ask for my deposit back as I did not break a contract and was entitled to my deposit. On March 23, 2014, I sent a certified letter asking for my money back and asked to hear from this company by April 1st 2014. However, I had my wife [redacted] call [redacted] April 1st 2014 to ask for him to send me back the township permits and my deposit of $3000.00. At this time [redacted] claimed that he would put these items in the mail by the next day of April 2, 2014. To this date of April 24, 2014 we have not heard anything nor received the deposit or township permits.Desired Settlement: Refund of $3000.00 down payment
