Review: The owner of the Wyoming Valley Sports Dome promised to provide one service for our group but then changed that agreement after receiving our payment. ** (owner) and his brother have both been deceptive and combative when organizing an indoor soccer league that takes place on Sunday nights. Our group provided full payment for entry into Men's Open Soccer League "B" Division, which began on November 3rd, 2013. After playing one game in B-Division, the owner and his brother decided to move us into "A"-Division because they felt our team's overall talent warranted more competitive game play. When communication first began with the owner and his brother (brother's name unknown, he refused to give his name during conversations), both were dishonest and rude. When our group arrived on Nov. 10, we were scheduled to play two different A-Division teams in back to back games. After playing both games and sustaining injuries, we asked the owner and his brother to not play in A-Division again and go back to our original agreed upon B-Division. When our group arrived on Nov. 17, we were scheduled to play another A-Division team and lost the game 15-1. When myself and the team captain tried to speak with the owner's brother, he informed us that he could not do anything and we needed to speak with **. The online website updated the scores two days later and posted a result of 11-1 (not the accurate score). The owner's communication has been unprofessional and his attitude appalling. His overall approach and demeanor is rude and combative and he refuses to discuss the situation or explain his actions. Multiple members from our group have attempted to contact him regarding the schedule and he has told a variety of lies during each conversation. ** indicated that all of the B-Division would forfeit their games if they had to play us. ** must not realize we have friends and family on almost every other team in B-Division and we know he is lying.Desired Settlement: Our group has suggested two possible settlement options;1. Place our team back in the originally agreed upon B-Division for the remainder of the season.2. Give us a full refund so we can go play in a league that will provide the service originally promised.

Response:
I do not have a copy of the application that was submitted. The application was filled out and handed to the owner's brother but my group did not receive a copy.
There were multiple occasions when the owner verbally acknowledged that we were originally in the B league and he decided to move us to the A league.
