This complaint contains several inaccuracies including that we did not complete the scheduled services for 2014, we did complete all of the promised services including a free visit that is offered to new customers We have an excellent rating with the Revdex.com and other consumer rating services
based on our excellent customer communications and service as well as a willingness to work with customers to resolve disputes Our auto-renew policy is clearly stated to our customers, it is printed on every service invoice and is reinforced with two separate letters mailed out in December and February to remind them that the service is continuous unless they notify us that they wish to discontinue. Sadly, this customer choose to file a complaint instead of attempting to work with us to find a solution to their grievance which would not have occurred in the first place if they had simply notified us that they wished to discontinue service In spite of the fact that we did two service visits this year in good faith and were not paid for those visits or contacted in any way until almost months after the first service was performed we will credit off the balance due on this account to resolve the matter
