Only choice you have.
I've had problems with them in the past. This includes completely skipping picking up my can/s. At the time, I had built my own garbage can cart and pained it the BRIGHT yellow available Nd they missed it. Other times I've had to file complaints against them with the WShington State Attorney General and the Washington Utilities Commission. Something Fter doing this, they will leVe my emplty can right of the middle if my drivewY so I can't get in. Lately, they've been fine, but if thete wS another option in town...

The dumpster was not moved from its current location? I do accept responsibility for the concrete, however it was not large chunks, it was gravel sized pieces that were scraped off the floor of the house after the second story walls had been poured? I do not believe this to be the end of the dumpster location issue as it rears it head every time a new driver is hired for this rout.Sincerely, [redacted] ***

Thanks for your help in this encounter with YAKIMA WASTE SYSTEMSBefore you entered the picture , the office manager would NOT talk to me or present herself.? After your involvement, the GENERAL MANAGER called me, apologized for the office managers' failure to talk to me,and resolved the issue to my satisfaction? ? Thank you VERY MUCH for your involvement; it is good to know you are there.? Again, my thanks, [redacted] *? [redacted]

I spoke with [redacted] on the afternoon of 5/31/I let her know that we would indeed credit [redacted] for the missed pickup in the amount of $I explained that we had a new driver on the route and for some reason he missed the scheduled pickup but that we would coach him so that it does not happen againI also explained to *** that had we known about the missed pickup before the close of business on 5/27/that we would have sent a driver out to get the dumpsters serviced that dayI apologized for the rude conversation that [redacted] experienced with our customer service representative and assured [redacted] that our rep would be re-trained and coached on proper phone etiquette

The reason the dumpster had gone previously non-emptied was due to the fact that the customer had put large chucks of concrete in the dumpsterThese trucks are designed to take compactable material only items such as concrete, car engines , dirt and rocks can cause considerable damage the trucks hopper and compacting systemOn December 27th 2016 driver supervisor Rob G [redacted] meet with Mrs [redacted] at the site they were able to find a spot for the dumpster that would allow the driver proper access to empty it but also complied with the covenants of the road maintenance associationHe also gave Mrs [redacted] his business card and direct line to call if there are any service issue's going forwardRob and I meet with the driver the morning of Dec 28th explained to him what the complaint was, how Rob and Mrs [redacted] resolved the issue and going forward not to move the dumpster from its current location
