I am responding to a complaint receivedThe customer did receive fertilizer/weed control applications from us this seasonWe have the application records to proveMr*** did in fact cancel service at his own will after the 3rd applicationThis customer also signed up for service
weeks later than any of the other customers in his neighborhood due to his negligenceWe repeatedly made attempts to start service in the Spring , however Mr*** did not send in the contract or make payment to start service in a timely mannerThe timing of his first application was late in the season to be applying pre-emergent fertilizer and weed controlWe needed to make adjustments to his lawn treatments that cost us extra money and time to provide a weed free lawn due to the late start. The city where this service address is located was also on a watering ban where no lawn watering could take placePlease note that lawns need water, fertilized lawns need water to grow. Mr*** repeatedly questioned my office staff and fertilizer technicians regarding other Spring services that were performed on his property that he was not satisfied withHe did not pay for the spring power raking service that was performed at his property even though we recommended that we do not perform the service due to wet ground conditionsMr*** complaint was that the grass was clumped up around the lawn and that the grass got matted downThe end result of the job was not to his satisfaction and therefore we performed the job for free, even though we highly disagreed with the service in the first placeMy final statement is that Mr*** cancelled a pre-pay service at his own will, He did receive treatments, and I did not agree to a full refundI did give him the spring power raking service for freeThanks, Brian
