There were several additional jobs that we were going to pay extra for, that were outside of the basic mowing, etc. Aaron showed up for the first 3 weeks, did a decent job & discussed the extra projects with us. Attempting to get in contact with this company is very difficult, as the voicemail is always full & they don't respond to most messages left. We never knew what day or time frame they were going to show up. Upon texting Aaron, asking what day he expected to show up to perform these extra services, he replied he'd be there the next day. I never heard from him again. No further response to any text or phone messages. I ended up staying home an entire week waiting for this guy to show up, and he never did. No call explaining why - nothing. That's a heck of a way to run a business.
