We have only been in business for months and have not signed a contract with them

10/2/Invoice # XXXXXXXXXXI received a fax on October 12, So I called the number on the faxA lady answers and tells me that we owe this amount of money I said we have direct debit on our accountThen she said she needed my cc #I said no u already have itThen she hung upI want these charges taken off, my acct closed, and put on the do not call/fax/email list

I never signed up for the service willingly And when I canceled (Twice) they claimed I never canceled and proceeded to charge me again!!!
This company called me under the misrepresentation that the were with the yellow pages and claimed to be verifying our account informationThey use my verifying our information as me accepting a contract with themThen they sent a billWhen I received the bill and called about itAfter saying that I didn't want their service, nor agree to sign up for a contract with themI reluctantly paid the bill and cancelled the serviceI then proceeded to receive another bill months later and then another months after thatThe woman I spoke with on the phone said that I never cancelled, thought I had a confirmation number to prove other wiseI was told that I needed to send a registered letterAnd since I did not, I would need to pay them $to NOW terminate the contract

Having recently signed up with Yellow Page United for ***, when I received a call verifying company name, address, and authorization to continue service from the Yellow Page Team, I did agree thinking it was Yellow Page UnitedToday I received an invoice for $597; I called to inquire as I had already paid the other company
I stated there was a miscommunication and I would like to cancel the accountBecause *** stated they had a recording of me authorizing a continuation of service , she was unable to cancel
the account, but she would however cancel after receiving a payment of $for month's serviceThe call from this company was very misleading and I am asking for account *** to be terminated with no further contact

*** at extension has called a few times requesting payment for a service I have not received She states they have a recording of my voice, which she cannot let me listen to and I have no recollection of ever agreeing to their serviceShe refers her company as being with the Yellow Pages, which after receiving an invoice for $shows this company is not the Yellow Pages I informed her that I was using Yellow Pages United and she informed me that their services were useless and that her company offers a much better service She also told me that I could cancel her service as long as I made a day payment of $ I do not plan on paying and I do hope that others will not have to deal with this SCAM!

I have called and closed this account in November 2015, paid their final invoice and still continue to harass us months later for additional money

This company is harassing us with fraudulent activity to gain monetary value and will not acknowledge our statement in November to remove us from their system entirely without prejudice
