I purchased a used Jeep Grand Cherokee from there, which I have had it little over a month and have some serious issues with it making it not safe to drive, of the engine coolant all leaked out on my floorboard, and the A/C freon (toxic) sprays right through the vents in a mist and fogs the dash up and the meters. They are refusing to cover the cost in repairs without myself paying a percentage of the cost, only having it a little over a month.

This location is not Todd Judy Ford, and this is not my business. On March 17th, the dealership changed over to ***. The appropriate paperwork is on file with the *** showing as much.

The central administration of the dealership is handled at:

I explained to customer that he purchased the unit AS IS and it was sold AS IS. I offered to help him with repair by offering I would pay 20% parts and 30% labor. The customer declined offer. I still will offer the goodwill of helping with the repairs. We will do 20% of parts and 30% of labor.

I perchanced a used *** Ford F-150 December 14, 2018 with limited lifetime warranty. I did not have the vehicle more than a week before it had issues. I took the truck back to the dealership several times. As of today March 18, 2019 the truck has had the engine, transmission, powertrain control module, and engine control moduel replaced. I was told each time that the parts were replaced with remanufactured parts. When I picked my truck up today I could clearly tell that the engine was not remanufactured. When I pressed the dealership on the issue they told me the engine was used from a junkyard in *** called *** Auto Parts.

To Whom It May Concern: Mr. purchased a preowned vehicle from us for $13,400, which was well below book value. As part of the transaction, we purchased for him a lifetime limited powertrain warranty. When the vehicle experienced problems, we attempted to submit a claim through this company to cover the repairs. The warranty company denied the claims because the damage was caused by overheating. In their words, their expectations are that a customer cease to use an overheating vehicle immediately so as not to lead to catastrophic failure. As this warranty was not in effect, the default warranty in the State of West Virginia is that we are required to cover internally lubricated parts of the engine and transmission for 10% of parts and labor of the covered repair. This would have meant that Mr. was responsible for 90% of the repair. Instead, we chose to cover the entire cost of replacing his failed motor with a similar motor to ensure that Mr. was able to continue to use his vehicle without cost to him. We did not even charge him a deductible for the repairs. This repair alone was $6,735.24. When Mr. complained further, we agreed to replace a seal and ignition coil, again at no cost to him. We believe we have gone above and beyond in taking on these repairs which total more than half the cost of what he paid for the vehicle. If he is still unsatisfied with the vehicle, we invite him to pursue trading it in, as it will always be a preowned vehicle with the potential for malfunction. If these actions are not satisfactory, we do not believe we will be able to repair it to his satisfaction. We extend an offer of the full $13,400 he paid for the vehicle as trade-in against any newer truck in our inventory that is still covered by factory warranty. Thank you

They sent me a flyer that looked like I won $1,000 cash
Then when I came in to verify they said I only get a $5 gift card. See flyer, As you can see I had 3 bars which looks like $1000 no where on that list shows a $5 gift card.
