YesOhYas billed for my subscription as usual. They didn't send proper items. Business is closed and no way to contact them. My money taken
YesOhYas took my money and then disappeared. Their website closed and no explanation. I have been a loyal customer for two years. I thought my package of two sample items was just a simple mistake, then I found they have done this to all members and disappeared. Please help

Monthly subscription. Took money for December 2019 and never received product and can't contact company
I was personally contacted by someone for the company to join a monthly subscription program with YesOhYas and was billed $17.24 a month. All was well until December of 2019 when I was billed and never received a product, nor tracking number. Once that happened, I tried to contact the company via email, website, social media and phone only to find all links and emails deleted with literally no way to contact the company. Upon further investigation into the company I found out that the owner also owns two other subscription companies among other things. YesOhYas is owned by Sol Theory LLC, which is registerd to the following people: ***, ***, Charif ***, *** C. *** etc. This isn't the first monthly subscription they have had and there had been problems with other subscriptions from them as well.

Along with the previous aforementioned issues, after joining the monthly subscription for YesOhYas, I started receiving phone calls from a company called IndiaMart, which I have never signed up for nor browsed.

I have had to cancel my bank card and get a new one due to the fact that said company will continue to bill you under other company names in order to still get your money.

I was billed 2x on 12/8/19. 1 transaction for $17.48, 1 for $18.98
I had a subscription with Yes ohYas for 11months. I was usually billed on the 3rd of every month & box would shipped within a couple of days. Yes oh Yas billed me twice on 12/8/19. The first amount I'm billed was $17.48 & the second amount I'm billed is $18.98. I sent 2 emails to them telling them they charged me twice & they needed to refund me. I don't care which amount was credited back but the need to refund it. Then I sent them 2 inquires on their Instagram account telling them the same thing. The next day I sent them a 2nd email & a 2nd communication on Instagram. Still no answer. This week on 12/21/19 I decided to go on Instagram to see if they responded & noticed they shut down their Instagram account. I tried to log into my account on their website & the Yes oh Yas website is shut down. I also cancelled my debit card. I'm waiting for a new card to arrive.

I contacted Sol Theory May 17,2018 about canceling my subscription. They got back with me on the 18th and asked what my name and e-mail was for my account and then I never heard back from them. June 1st, they took $19.98 out of my account and sent me their subscription box, that was still missing product that should have been sent with it, 2 weeks later. I e-mailed them multiple times trying to cancel my subscription and have not received an answer. I tried to log into my Sol Theory account and it says I do not have one. So they deleted my account and are still charging my bank, meaning they have retained my bank information, which is absolutely unacceptable.
