YH's Nail Spa

Review: On 5/10/13 I went to the nail spa to have a gel manicure and pedicure, which I go periodically and the cost for both services is forty five dollars ($45.00). On the day of 5/10/13 the nail salon was crowded, and I informed the lady who manages the salon that I would like a gel manicure and gel pedicure. However, when the service was completed and I went to pay for the services I was told the total cost was sixty dollars ($60.00) and when I inquired as to why she informed me it was fifteen dollars ($15.00) extra because I used gel polish for a pedicure. Now, I was somewhat confused because there is a language barrier due to the fact they are Oriental. Very difficult to understand there form of speaking English. I told her I was rather confused because I paid a few weeks ago $45.00 and showed my card and who the nail attended was. Well, she was upset and took the card from me, slammed it on the table and proceeded to speak not in English with an attitude and not giving me any explaination or try to get someone in the nail salon to explain the cost to me. Needless, to say I paid for the service but had to figure out the charges myself. When I asked for the gel manicure and gel pedicure before I was attended to, at that point she should have informed me that the cost was $15.00 extra and would not be paying what I normally pay. Not only that because they speak very little English her daughter (who is usually there & was there that day) is the one who instructs the other workers about charges and informs the customers as well. However, that was not what happened that day.Desired Settlement: An apology from the lady who manages the salon for her attitude, regarding the slamming of the business card I have, speaking in another language (not English and not knowing what was said), not giving me an explaination or having someone explain to me the charges (which I had to figure out on my own), and offer me some incentive to continue doing business with them. I have been a loyal customer and have always given them recommendations because I thought they were polite and courteous.
