In response to the complaint filed in August against this company:Our company never received notification from the Revdex.com regarding a complaintWe received a letter requesting that we update our business information so they were sure to be giving out accurate contact information when there were inquiriesWe are not a member of the Revdex.com and in order to update anything you have to log inThe complaint was filed with the State of Alaska and is being worked out nowThe customer filing the complaint refused to have a licensed contractor assess the cause of the damage and estimate cost of repairs to the asphalt and failed to suggest another that he was willing to work with as an alternativeHe doesn't seem to understand that any work performed on his property is a contract between himself and the contractor, not our company and the contractor The other contractor he says assessed damages did not put this assessment in writing to our knowledge, did not contact our company, or offer an estimate or state the cause of damageThis other contractor did not state whether the specs for a residential driveway were meant to support the weight of a loaded commercial water tanker carrying up to 33,lbs of waterThis customer is also stating that only the middle portion of his driveway is fit to be driven onOur trucks leave and enter asphalt roads all day long to and from gravel roads without crushing themThe customer simply insists that the company pay for repairs (of an unknown amount because he wouldn’t allow a contractor on his property) on his driveway he previously says was installed with flawsWe have answered all of his questions in the complaint in the response to the State and are awaiting a reply, many answers being that we are not a licensed asphalt contractor and require the opinion of oneThe customer was upset that we offered two alternate ways to deliver to his home without further damaging the asphalt by driving on it and he believed it was ridiculous that we would not continue to drive on the damaged asphalt and assume financial liability for further damage of potentially thousands of dollars to deliver $50- $worth of water I believe the Revdex.com failed this customer and our business by not stating that a complaint had been filed and giving us the opportunity to defend our company before posting a complaint online.Kelly M***, BookkeeperMoore & Moore Services, Inc[redacted] Homer, AK
