Yoder Construction

I hired W*** Choice Construction to rebuild my house and they began work last October I moved into my house March 12th, with the understanding between Chris, the contractor and myself that the cabin was unfinished and there were still jobs that needed completing The past months I have been in the house it has become increasingly difficult to get Chris to complete the agreed upon work I spoke with him about a month ago and we agreed that he would complete the roof and he said he would get someone out here that week to finish the job No one has come to complete the work and he will not return my calls or texts I need my roof completed
I have also asked Chris to mail me the permit that shows I can inhabit the house but I have not received it to date
