First and foremost, service and quality is of the utmost importance at all of our locations. Unfortunately, due to staff and customers being uncomfortable with Mr*** behavior, our Director of Operations asked to speak with Mr*** outside to avoid any additional distractions.
It was observed that Mr*** was taking drinks from other customers' beverages that were not his in the bar area. Additionally, it was observed that Mr*** was punching (vandalizing) our lottery equipment. In addition to this, customers were complaining that Mr*** was making them uncomfortable. These behaviors were confirmed through our surveillance system that evening.The conversation between our Director of Operations and Mr*** was handled very professionally (by both parties) outside. Mr*** was asked to leave for the evening, however, he was told he was welcome back at a later date, and in fact, our Director offered to buy Mr*** his first drink the next time he were to return.With regards to inaccurate credit card transactions that are being referenced - we have not received any notifications from either Mr*** bank or our credit card processor about this, therefore we have no reason to believe that anything was charged incorrectly.Our goal was to protect our staff and customers from any additional distractions, and our management team handled this as they were trained. We're sorry that Mr*** feels the way he does
