I submitted a complaint against Bruening Glass WorksToday in the mail I received the pieces I had been waiting for and they were perfectThe company may have customer service issues; however, their work is outstandingI guess we all just need to be patientIt will eventually be repaired

Hi again [redacted] ,Sorry to bother you again on this issue, but I thought I might give you a heaon what has happened this morning.I made repeated calls to Bruening Glassworks this morning to both of the phone numbers listed for the company at the Revdex.com websiteThis must have tied up incoming calls to Bruening GlassworksAfter literally or more calls to both the Bruening Glassworks numbers, I received a call at my home number from Bruening GlassworksThe caller informed me that he had just got into the office and that he did not have a chance to answer phone calls on his (Marc K***) answering machineI don’t believe this to be true, as I recognized the caller’s voice as that of Marc K***, with whom I spoke in late October regarding the mirror restoration project.I asked the caller to return the mirror regardless of where they were in the restorationThe caller (Marc K***) indicated that he didn’t understand why I was upset as the promise date on the restoration was the 18th of January This also was not true as we had agreed upon getting the project done by Christmas of 2016.I told the caller I would give them the benefit of the doubt and allow them until January to finish the projectI asked for an alternate phone number or perhaps a more convenient time to contact them in the future about the projectThe caller would not supply either and said Bruening Glassworks would contact me on the 18th of January either at my home phone or by email.I will keep you, the Revdex.com, informed as to what happens on the 18th of this January and whether Bruening Glassworks honors this new commitment.Sorry again for the long email, but I did want to keep you informed on any progress made on getting our mirror returnedPlease do not wait until the 18th before the Revdex.com contacts Bruening Glassworks with a formal complaint.Best regards, [redacted] ***

Hello.....I wanted to inform you that I have heard from Bruening Glass and they have responded to my complaint to my full satisfaction and are returning my piece back to me repaired It appears they were using an old e-mail address and phone number so that's why they weren't able to
contact me Please indicate I am happy with their service and this matter is fully resolved thank you

proportions are different but it certainly is better than a collection of smashed crystal.I’m sorry it took so many e-mails and complaintsI’ll go ahead and advise the Revdex.com and Ohio State Consumer Complaint Division that you did fulfill the contract.My advice to you is to limit the work you take on to only what you can complete in the time frames you provideYou may also wish to consider hiring an administrative assistant to handle the business side of thingsYour online reputation is taking a beating due to your customer service issues.Sincerely,*** ***
