York Design Group

Review: Hired and paid York Design Group $500 to provide landscape drawings. First draft of drawings did not incorporate elements discussed. Mr. York said that he would revise. He kept asking for extensions of time to complete work. After being delayed over 3 weeks, I told him to meet his commitment or I would need to request a refund and go with someone else. He apologized and said he would get back on track. The new promised date was missed and he has not responded to my emails or phone calls requesting a status update and eventually a refund. Although Mr. York did provide drawings initially, they are worthless to me since I needed the agreed upon elements discussed from the time of initial agreement and conversations upon receiving. I have since moved on with another architect. If he doesn't believe a refund is due, I am shocked that he made no effort to communicate via phone or email upon request for a refund. I am not unreasonable, but I did pay for something I did not received and commitments were broken by Mr. York numerous times.Desired Settlement: Return of my $500 paid.
