Hello,When I was going through the process of purchasing my vehicle from "You Drive it Now" I was never informed of anything regarding a third party, VFSIt was indicated to me that this vehicle would assist me in getting my credit score risen and being able to purchase a better vehicle within a yearI had no knowledge of any other involved party in this contract besides Boucher Automotive Group, which You Drive it Now is affiliated with

I am responding on behalf of You Drive It Now in regards to the above-referenced complaint alleged by Mr*** ***. As do not believe we have log in credentials set up yet in the Revdex.com system, I am sending this via email. Please advise. You Drive It Now is the entity that sold
Mr*** the vehicle, but a separate affiliate company, Vehicle Finance Services, Inc(VFS), was the company that purchased the contract and is financing the transaction. Thus, VFS is the entity that should be able to report to the credit reporting agencies VFS does not take exception to the anything stated in the complaint, In fact, VFS has been working diligently for the past months trying to become capable of reporting to the credit bureaus. VFS engaged Transunion last Fall. It is, however, an extensive process to gain approval to be a reporting source in Transunion's system. VFS has been advised today that Transunion is finalizing the testing to complete the process of getting Transunion set upThis should happen any day now, and at that time, Transunion has informed us that we will be able to do retroactive reporting so as to allow all of MrBranch's payments to be reported to the credit bureau. We intend to complete this process ASAP, but as we have been for many months at the mercy of Transunion - which has unacceptably delayed our ability to report. The business known as You Drive It Now confirmed with me by telephone that they are indeed Vehicle Finance Services.

The client acquired his vehicle on 6/11/2015.  Contrary to the client's assertion, the transaction document clearly states that assignment will be made from You Drive It Now to Vehicle Finance Services.  The client received a copy of the assignment from You Drive It Now to Vehicle Finance Services upon delivery of the vehicle. Best regards,[redacted]
