Bought product in May. Corresponded my email several times....it's coming, but slowly due to Covid. I'm in retail so I understand. Now my emails are "undeliverable". You live, you learn!
they tell you they gave a refund which never appeared on credit card, then doubled down and said again they posted a refund a 2nd time and that also never appeared. still waiting for $157 refund. thought I heard someone laughing in the background!
