Review: This company is representing Simplexity in their bankruptcy. I have tried numerous times to contact them at [redacted]. They ask to leave a message, which I have done with my name, phone number, nature of call and request for callback each time. The message says they will be in touch, yet they never respond. I am due a refund from this company and would like to speak to someone about the money that needs to be refunded to me, yet they refuse to answer their phones or return my call.Desired Settlement: I would like a phone call back from them with an explanation as to how they are going to refund my money, and do they need documents or any such thing from my bank to prove money was taken from my account without authorization.
