Her ceiling has been leaking for years, with maintenance looking in the attic, taking pictures of her ceiling, roofers putting bandaids on the roof…not fixing the problem. Again, after this heavy rain, more leaks.
Today, is the last straw. The front and back doors to the apartment building are blocked with snow. In an emergency, precious time would be wasted trying to enter or leave the complex. Many residents are seniors and this would result in loss of life. Young needs to be held accountable. Instead of spending millions in new developments, maintenance to the older existing buildings should take precedence. 0 stars but it made you pick at least 1 to submit!
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below The eviction was retaliatory after Young Development spray painted the motorcycle in my possession on the premise No moneys were owed, and I have proof of that In addition to bank records, on 06/29/Accounts Receivable verified over the phone with me that I owed no money Within ten days of my pursuance for damages to my property, I was served the notice to appear in court The eviction was only granted because Young's attorney offered to drop the money judgement if the judge would grant the eviction Young's attorney offered to drop the money judgement because I had proof of payment and no monies were ever actually owed Buyer beware, none of the maintenance issues were fixed, I remain in contact with one of the other tenants who currently resides there It is a fact that the septic vent pipe still spews sewage along the side of the building, the roof has not been replaced, and the windows have not been fixed, the laundry facilities not fixed or upgradedI would like to see what a building inspector/ health official had to say about the condition of those buildings Regards, [redacted]
As stated in previous responses, the Gutter has been replaced Since it is not rainy season it is difficult to see what it going on with it The gutter was replaced after Ms [redacted] sent the second complaint We will have it looked at again by the maintenance team as soon as possible We do not have any control on tenants leaving the doors open, and we have sent a letter out to the building We will send a second letter to remind the tenants not to prop the doors open or leave the back door openThank you, Sandy M
