*** *** signed an agreement with *** Credit that stated he would make regular agreed weekly payments to *** CreditPrevious to this incident, *** *** had missed several payments and on more than one occasion had become DAYS PAST DUEI had given *** *** several attempts to
make up his payments however his continued missed payments started to take a toll on my businessI gave him one last chance to stay current and told him if he missed one payment, I would take back his toolsI even reprinted a copy of his signed contract that stated he needed to make regular weekly payments or else his tools would be taken backThe letter I wrote to him was in no way threatening, if anything it was a courtesy to him and an opportunity to sort through his belonging and separate the tools that I would take (those financed through his agreement with *** Credit) and those that have already been paid forThe letter I wrote to him stated: "***, Since you told me I'm not allowed to call or text you, here is a letter: You've missed payments on 3/31, 4/21, 4/Just in the last weeksI will take your tools back next weekHave them readyYour balance is $Matthew ***Questions can be directed at *** Credit 7017" (Can provide a copy of this letter if needed) As far as telling other employees of the company that I would be taking back his tools, this was simply a professional courtesy to inform them that I would be taking items that were currently on their property and it was permissible being outlined in a legal document that *** *** had signedI did not tell everyone at his job that he was a sg, that’s what other employees of that location told me about *** *** after I informed key personnel that I would be taking his tool backI did not disclose details about *** ***’s finances with his employer, I simply outlined that I would be repossessing his tools, I’m sure they can come to their own conclusions why I would do thatHis statement that I am no longer welcome at the shop is also falseI have had discussions about this situation with the shop manager and I informed him that I would no longer conduct business with *** ***I have been to the shop ever week since this incident with no issuesNobody has ever told me to not come back nor has anyone said I’m not welcome thereI still conduct business with all the other employees in the shop*** *** is the only person in the shop with a direct debit with *** Credit*** *** signed a contract agreeing to make regular weekly paymentsHe did notHe was reminded of these several timesHe was told that action would be taken if payments were not receivedWhen he went on vacation, he was already behind on his paymentsHe did not make any attempt to make up past payments or arrange payments while he was out on vacationIn his complaint, he failed to mention that he was on vacation for weeks but they were not consecutiveHe missed payments during both of those vacations and did not make them up or tell me in advance that he would be on vacation and make arrangements to make them upThere is nothing in his agreement with *** Credit that states if he is on vacation, it’s permissible to miss payments without making them up

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below
I contacted *** ** tools directly the day I got back from vacationI was weekly payments behind, total of dollarsI payed that amount and set up a direct withdrawal weeklyI should not have to come back from vacation and hear from co-workers that my tools are getting repossessedAs a business owner it is unprofessional to run around the city of *** spreading my financial situationThat is slander and against the lawI have contacted a lawyer on this matter and have atleast 10 witnessesIf I can't get a resolution to this problem through the Revdex.com I will get a resolution legally
Regards,
*** ***

Revdex.com spoke to Matthew at business and the following was relayed: He was informed and given a copy of his contract that if he missed another payment his tools would be repossessed. His weekly payment is $30 and he owed $45, which is more than 1 week. He had also been 30 days behind recent to the repossession. Matthew is going to provide documentation and copy of contract.
