Hello, This is an update regarding a complaint ID ***. We have been trying to contact patient *** ***multiple times without success. First attempt: September 29- Left voicemail to numbers on fileMom called at 8:am 9/30/(before we opened) and left a
voicemail with a specific number to call her to. Second Attempt- 09/30/to number left on voicemail and left Voicemail again with our office hours. Third Attempt- October 3- Called once again and left another voicemail to call me back. Fourth Attempt- October 17th- Called and left voicemail again. Last attempt October 18th emailed to get in contact with us.
